install / uninstall questions

If I install a package i sue pkg_add.
If I uninstall this package I use pkg_delete .

But how can I see which packages are installed on my system (I need a list if that 
possible)?
And how can I uninstall software which I installed with CVS or just by Source (like 
Nessus)?
