Min. and max bandwidth

Hello,

  I need to create min. and max. bandwidth withou special parent
  class.

interface       sis0    bandwidth       100M    cbq
class   cbq     sis0    root1           NULL    pbandwidth      100
class   cbq     sis0    internet1       root1   borrow  pbandwidth  99 default

class   cbq     sis0    martina1        root1   exactbandwidth  64K
        filter  sis0    martina1        0       0       192.168.3.2    0      6
        filter  sis0    martina1        0       0       192.168.3.2    0      17

  I can create parent class with bandwidth 128K and use word borrow.
  But I have about 200 users. Is more simple way?
