Strange Lag with 3.2

I finally broke down and replaced my 2.9 box with a shiny new 3.2
install on new hardware. This included replaced my 3ware controller
with RAIDFrame running RAID 1 and my IPF setup with PF.

Were it only that easy...

Almost immediately I noticed a fair amount of lag, and after several
hours of troubleshooting (with and without PF, though almost a dozen
NICs) I found that if the NIC servicing the internal interface is an
Intel 100B using the fxp driver, connections to the box slow down
until they become unusable (often dropping). A reboot will only clear
it up for a short time, and then the process repeats. It is not one
specific NIC either, since (1) I've used all the 100Bs I've tried for
over a year without problems, and (2) when used as the outside
interface the 100B seems to work fine.

This came after what I believed was an interrupt problem, but after
removing all but the NICs and the video card (eventually switching the
PCI video card with an AGP one) the problem continues.

I am at a total loss, except that I have started shopping for a 4-in-1
PCI NIC. Any help would be appreciated...dmesg appears below.
