sshd log level

is LogLevel (in sshd_config) obsolete? i tried changing it from info to
verbose and then even to debug, but nothing changed in my logs (i
obviously restarted sshd everytime) and reading sshd man page (about -q
option) it seems in fact it just logs always the same things.
