I went through that page. I minimized my bucketsize to 1492 byte (same
as my MTU is) and reduced the tokenrate to 110Kbps but that didn't help
anything.

I found out that if the class bitchtcp is overlimit or close too it,
traffic in my default class goes up, although it shouldn't since there
are no other applications running accessing the internet.
