find error in insecurity report

I get the following in my daily insecurity report from a 3.1 installation:

Checking setuid/setgid files and devices:
Setuid/device find errors:
ls: 
/usr/bin/atusr/sbin/sliplogintq/cdnrrccd2f/dev/svnd0csvnd1msd1d/dev/rsd4edev/rfd0Bbfv/raid0fdev/raid2oev/lpt2tyrccua01: 
No such file or directory

Any pointers on why and how to fix this?
